Alcaraz compares with Becker and Nadal
Beating senior Novak Djokovic in the final of Wimbledon 2023, Alcaraz has won 2 Grand Slam titles before he even celebrated his 21st birthday. Thus, he can sit “on the same tray” with Boris Becker and Rafael Nadal as the sunbaenim also won 2 Grand Slams before the age of 21. Alcaraz and the aforementioned pair are only behind Mats Wilander and Bjorn Borg in the list of players who have won the most Grand Slams before the age of 21. Before his 21st birthday, the record holder Wilander had twice as many Grand Slams as Alcaraz currently has, and Borg had one more major title than the Spanish star.
