Discussing the problem that Manchester United is facing in the quest to get rid of Jadon Sancho, journalist Dean Jones said:
“Sancho needs a way out of Manchester United, but we have seen players stuck at the club in situations like this, and finding a way out is easier said than done.”
“Sancho’s high salary was an issue when looking for loan clubs. I spoke to contacts at Dortmund and Juventus, two of the clubs strongly linked with Sancho, and Indications from both are that his current salary is a major obstacle.”
Man Utd may have to pay a large amount of Sancho’s salary.
“But clearly there needs to be a solution, and Manchester United will eventually have to heavily subsidize this loan contract if they want to preserve Sancho’s transfer value. Keeping him is not really an option.”
“The other option that would be proposed is Saudi Arabia, but as far as I know, there really hasn’t been any serious intention coming from the Saudi Pro League.”
