According to a report from talkSPORT, AC Milan has joined the race to recruit Harry Maguire. The English midfielder faces an uncertain future with Man United. This season, Maguire has only one starting kick in the Premier League.
The 30-year-old star mainly plays a reserve role as a central defender, behind Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane, and Victor Lindelof. Besides, Maguire’s influence in the Red Devils dressing room has declined when he was stripped of the captaincy.
Parting ways with Man United is a possible option for Maguire if he wants to revive his career. AC Milan emerged as an ideal landing spot for the Three Lions player alongside West Ham United.
Milan is interested in Maguire.
Serie A is considered a good land with many English players such as Chris Smalling, Tammy Abraham or Fikayo Tomori. Maguire could become the next name to regain form when moving to play in the Italian National Championship.
