This summer, Man United was forced to reach a loan deal for Amrabat, instead of buying it permanently because of Financial Fair Play.
Profitability and sustainability rules force Man Utd to only lose £15m over a three-year period.
However, Kieran Maguire explains this limit could rise to £105m if owners inject money into the team.

Man Utd can only ask to borrow Amrabat.
Maguire added: “For Man United, The Glazer family just took money out of the club and never put any money into it.
Man United is also listed on the New York Stock Exchange. This further complicates the ability to generate additional capital through shares.
If you put those two things together, Man United really have difficulty making transfers because they cannot exceed the £15m loss limit.
That puts pressure on the recruitment team to handle things in the right way, and may be the reason why Man Utd has not been particularly successful on the field in recent seasons.
