Brighton had their second victory in the Europa League arena after a convincing performance in the trip to Ajax’s field. The three points got coach Roberto de Zerbi’s team excited.

Brighton had a convincing performance.
When asked if this was the ‘best’ result in the club’s history, the Italian captain replied:
“Yes, I think so. We are very happy for our fans and our club.
I think we deserved to win because we played very well for 70 minutes. We faced two or three dangerous situations and in the last 20 minutes but before that we could have taken the advantage with Fati’s first goal and another chance from Mitoma.”
With this victory, Brighton is on track to continue. They have 7 points after 4 rounds, ranking 1 point behind top team Marseille and creating a 3-point gap with the team behind AEK Athens – their next opponent in the next round.
