Mykhaylo Mudryk was listed on Arsenal’s transfer list in January. Arsenal was willing to pay 80 million pounds to get the signature of the young Ukrainian talent. However, at the last minute, Mudryk chose to go to Chelsea.

Trossard is now valued on par with Mudryk.
Instead, Arsenal brought in Leandro Trossard for £27 million. According to CIES, Trossard’s value is now completely on par with Mudryk’s, at £25m.
This happened because Mudryk had a pretty bad start at Chelsea. He failed to score any goals in 656 minutes of Premier League appearances last season. This season, Mudryk has only played 67 minutes for the Blues.
Of course, Mudryk is much younger than Trossard and it is possible his value will rise again, but after a shocking start at Stamford Bridge, the value of the Ukrainian player has plummeted, while Trossard has steadily increased.
Trossard is integrating very quickly in the new team. He had 10 assists and 1 goal in the second half of the season. At the beginning of this season, he scored Arsenal’s goal against Man City in the English Super Cup and contributed a hand to help the Gunners lift the trophy.
