Javi Guerra joined the Valencia youth academy in the summer of 2019. He started with the La Liga club’s U18 team and has since progressed strongly. He was promoted to the first team last season, where the 20-year-old midfielder showed the qualities that a top passer possesses.
Guerra made 20 appearances for Valencia, nine of them this season. Not only did he show good ball circulation ability, he also contributed a lot to the attack, scoring 3 goals and 1 assist.

Man Utd’s goal.
With that impressive performance, Guerra attracted the attention of many big teams, including Manchester United.
According to sources from Fichajes, the Red Devils have been monitoring the 20-year-old midfielder recently. They highly appreciated his development potential as well as his fighting spirit. So, Premier League representatives are willing to spend 50 million euros to buy Guerra.
Although this number is only half of the Spanish star’s contract release clause, in the context of Valencia being in a financial crisis, they can accept the offer.
