Real Madrid CEO Jose Angel Sanchez has spoken out about Saudi Arabia’s intense interest in Luka Modric.
The Croatian superstar is said to have received many attractive offers from clubs in the Arab League, as well as representatives from MLS, most notably Inter Miami. However, Sanchez has confirmed that the five-time Champions League winner will not leave the club in January.

Real commits that Modric will still stay at the Bernabeu after the winter transfer period.
“There are no official talks from Arab League officials about signing Modric next January, and We have no intention of parting ways with him at this time,” the Real boss shared with Goal Arabia.
While Real Madrid confirmed that Modric will not leave this winter, Modric once hinted at the possibility of leaving because he has not been used since the beginning of the season:
“You know, I always want to play, I don’t want to rest, I don’t want to take time off, I just want to play! I enjoy playing football. I don’t want to be on the sidelines. I just want to play, if necessary every 3 days, because I feel physically completely healthy”
