Before his trip to the Midlands, Rashford had scored 10 goals in 21 appearances in all competitions. Rashford continued his high form after returning from Qatar with a standout performance in the Reds’ win over Nottingham Forest. However, he was dropped from the starting line-up against Wolves on the grounds given by Ten Hag as “internal discipline”.

Rashford was left out of the starting XI against Wolves.
Former Manchester United midfielder Scholes has offered his views on Rashford and thinks the striker must be worried about his future development. Speaking to BT Sport, Scholes said: “He’s jeopardizing his own form a bit by acting stupid or do something wrong that makes the manager see him and kick him out of the team.”
“Could this jeopardize him in the future? He looks a bit miserable in the warm-up because he’s not playing but I hope it doesn’t jeopardize the next six months of the season. “
