Commenting on the Evening Standard page about coach Mauricio Pochettino’s working style at Chelsea, former player Aaron Lennon expressed: “When you do not achieve good results on the football field and the dressing room is not satisfied, everyone It’s really hard to control.
It’s the same at Manchester United and obviously, when things don’t go your way, you can’t keep the players from feeling insecure. Especially if you look at Chelsea’s injury list, this makes me feel Doubts about coach Mauricio Pochettino’s training methods.

Lennon suspects that coach Mauricio Pochettino’s training arrangement at Chelsea is the cause of injuries to the players.
He is someone who often changes the intensity of his training sessions. When coach Mauricio Pochettino came to Tottenham Hotspur, some of our players had difficulty adapting in the early stages because of the way he arranged the exercises.
However, at Chelsea, they have witnessed too many changes in the positions of both players and coaches. They are a very young group, some of them have not yet made a big name for themselves but they have extremely high prices. With the pressure that Chelsea fans expected, they clearly did not meet that expectation.”
