A few hours ago, the Wolves homepage announced Complete the loan deal for Matheus Cunha from Atletico Madrid. The Brazilian star joined the Wolves on loan with a mandatory buy-out clause (worth £43 million, a club record). Cunha will fly to the UK earlier this week to undergo a medical examination.
Cunha officially joined Wolves on January 1, 2023. The 23-year-old star became the first signing under coach Julen Lopetegui. Cunha has had an impressive 18 months with Atletico Madrid. Cunha has tried and experienced the Swiss league and Bundesliga.
