Home page Brighton Club announced the completion of the recruitment of Ansu Fati from Barcelona. The Spanish striker landed at Brighton on loan. In the 2022/2023 season, the 20-year-old star has a total of 36 appearances and won La Liga with Barcelona.
Sharing about the team’s new contract, head coach Roberto De Zerbi said: “A great deal for us. Ansu Fati will help Brighton achieve new goals. We can help him get back. class and inherent potential”.

Going back in time, Fati entered the Barcelona youth academy when he was 10. In August 2019, Fati came on as a substitute in Barcelona’s 5-2 win over Real Betis; thereby becoming the second youngest player in history to debut for Barcelona’s first team.
Six days later, Fati scored a goal in a 2-2 draw between Barcelona and Osasuna, going down in history as the youngest player to score for Barcelona.
