Luka Modric’s future is uncertain as his contract with Real Madrid will expire in June 2024.
The Croatia international was in a similar situation last season, but chose to renew with Los Blancos, despite receiving a huge offer from Saudi Arabia.
However, Modric has gone from being a regular presence in the starting lineup to a player who has to sit on the bench more this season. The reason is that coach Carlo Ancelotti focuses on the younger generation of midfielders.
Now, Marca confirms There has been no contact between the club and the player regarding a new deal. For his part, Modric has remained silent about his future and has not made a decision, even after continuously proving his value every time he is put on the field.
Even though he is 38 years old and has won almost every title in his career, Modric continues to dream of winning more titles with Real Madrid as well as experiencing more success with the Croatian national team.
