MU owns many options in the wing corridor on the attack front, so Facundo Pellistri and Anthony Elanga’s opportunities to play are limited.
Pellistri has only been on the pitch 6 times from the bench since the beginning of the year, although he previously started in the Uruguay team at the 2022 World Cup.

The 21-year-old is appreciated for his potential, possession of speed and good technique. However, Pellistri needs to be able to play the ball and increase physical impact.
Because of that, the coaching staff wanted to send him to another team in the foggy country to continue developing his career.
Pellistri joined the Old Trafford team from Penarol in 2020 for a fee of £ 9 million. He had two occasions to play for Alaves on loan but failed.
In other developments, Elanga was also advised to go to an apprenticeship to accumulate playing time and experience when she turned 20.
The Swedish-born striker has only played 7 times under Ten Hag’s reign. However, since the 2022 World Cup, Elanga has only been used once.
With Antony, Rashford, Garnacho, Martial or Sancho all playing well on both flanks, the chances will be less and less for Pelleistri and Elanga if they stay.
