MU considers liquidating Mbappe
The winter transfer market promises to be exciting, one of which concerns possibilities MU sell Raphael Varane.

Some Saudi Arabia football clubs want Varane’s signature. Al-Nassr is among them, with the ambition to bring the French midfielder back to his close friend Cristiano Ronaldo.
Varane is one of the best central defenders in the world. However, the adventure with MU was not as expected because of physical problems.
In the derby loss to Man City 0-3, Varane sat on the bench and, as explained by Erik ten Hag, “for technical reasons”. He was not registered in the loss to Newcastle in the League Cup. Most recently, he entered the field in the third minute of injury time against Fulham and did not have time to touch the ball.
MU considers selling Varane to collect a significant fee, as well as save a salary of 340,000 pounds/week, the second highest in the team (after Casemiro, 350,000 pounds/week), thereby investing in a younger midfielder.
Real Madrid refused to sign Mbappe
Real Madrid just issued an official announcement denying the signing of a contract with Kylian Mbappe, after the European press reported information about a mutual agreement between the two sides.

“Based on the information recently reported and published by various media, which speculates about the supposed negotiations between the player Kylian Mbappe and the club, Real Madrid would like to confirm that this information completely untrue,” Real Madrid announced.
The Spanish Royal Team said: “The club does not have any such negotiations with a player owned by PSG.”
Last summer, Mbappe rebelled with his statement not to renew with PSG. He wants to leave for free next year, or the club must sell to Real Madrid. However, president Florentino Perez’s team did not make any official proposal.
Real Madrid’s official announcement helps the club avoid trouble, because PSG can sue FIFA about accessing players who are still under contract for more than 6 months.
Newcastle borrowed Ruben Neves
Newcastle is trying to bring Ruben Neves back English football on loan, when the winter transfer market officially opens.

Last summer Ruben Neves reached an agreement with Barcelona. However, the Spanish football champion did not have enough money to pay the fee, so Wolves sold him to Al-Hilal.
Negotiations between Newcastle and Al-Hilal have progressed smoothly in the past few days. In fact, this is just a formality, as the two clubs belong to Saudi Arabia’s Sovereign Public Investment Fund (PIF) which holds the majority of shares.
Newcastle’s squad has a hole after Sandro Tonali was suspended for 10 months, related to illegal football betting when he was playing in Italy.
In the case of bringing Ruben Neves to St. James’ Park, Newcastle has a quality player to replace Tonali until the end of the season, without the budget being affected.
