According to many sources, the Red Devils’ latest attempt to recruit Andre Onana falls in the range of 50 million euros plus extra fees. However, Inter Milan refused.
Inter Milan continue to ask for 60 million euros, but in the event that Manchester United raise the bid to 55 million euros, including surcharges, the deal could come true.
Optimism grew so strongly that, according to Sky Sports Italia, Both the Red Devils and the Nerazzurri believe a deal can be done “in the next few hours”. After that, Man Utd can complete all procedures to recruit Onana next week.
Meanwhile, journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claimed it was “only a matter of time” before Onana signed for Man Utd.
British media also confirmed that the deal now depends only on the determination from Manchester United. Just add 5 million euros, the Old Trafford team will have the person they need.
Currently, Onana has agreed to join Man Utd. This goalkeeper used to work with coach Erik ten Hag at Ajax. The appearance of Onana can help Man Utd solve the ball rotation at the bottom.
Meanwhile, David de Gea is no longer a Man Utd man.
