MU contacted the transfer of Caicedo
Along with planning mass liquidation, coach Erik ten Hag also intends to recruit Moises Caicedo to help MU strengthen the midfield.
Caicedo is a mainstay of Brighton and once requested a transfer to Arsenal last summer.
After Brighton refused, Caicedo also signed a new contract in March, which runs until 2027.
Brighton want to rely on the new contract to increase the price of Caicedo. The transfer fee of the 21-year-old Ecuadorian player is expected to be no less than 70 million pounds.
According to the Telegraph, MU wants to speed up the negotiation process with Brighton, in the context that Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are also enticing Caicedo.
Chelsea in talks to buy Balde
Chelsea continue the shopping process this summer, with one of the team’s favorite targets being youngster Alejandro Balde.
The Cucurella deal can be considered a failure of Chelsea. Therefore, “The Blues” want to buy Balde instead.
Balde’s performance with Barca was highly appreciated by Chelsea. Players born in 2003 can play on both wings or play the role of a central defender.
Last week, Balde expressed disappointment when he publicly stated that he wanted to play continuously. This is the obstacle when Barca negotiate a contract extension.
Balde’s current contract expires in 2024. Chelsea are in contact with agent Jorge Mendes to expedite the deal.
Milan want Ansu Fati
To improve the quality footballcompeting for the Serie A title as well as the Champions League, AC Milan’s technical director Paolo Maldini is contacting Barcelona about Ansu Fati.
Last time, Ansu Fati was uncomfortable at Barca because he played quite a bit. His father wanted the Camp Nou farewell to enter a new adventure.
Besides the calls from England (MU and Tottenham are in contact), the Milan side also wants the service of Ansu Fati.
Maldini’s plan is for a Milan attack built with young stars Rafael Leao and Ansu Fati. In addition, the club also considers buying Brahim Diaz, who plays on loan from Real Madrid.
Milan want to reach a loan agreement for a fee, with a buy-back clause. Barca need to reduce 200 million euros in salary fund, so letting Ansu Fati leave is the solution to be considered.
