David de Geaone of the best goalkeepers of the last decade, is currently having difficulty without a new club after leaving MU.

The latest offer that De Gea received came from AS Roma, where Jose Mourinho very unhappy with the start of the new season.

Rui Patricio declined as he entered his third season with Roma. The Portuguese goalkeeper conceded 6 goals, causing the capital club to concede the second most goals in the tournament (only behind Fiorentina, with 7 goals conceded).
Sporting director Tiago Pinto is in contact with De Gea and the negotiations are said to be progressing smoothly.
De Gea has no intention of going to Saudi Arabia because he is interested in the project football that Mourinho deployed at Roma.
The relationship between Mourinho and De Gea was quite good during the time he led MU and brought the club to the Europa League title in 2016-17.
Mourinho just brought Lukaku to Roma to build a more powerful attack. Now, he persuades De Gea to increase competition and options in goal.
