With the January transfer window having ended without any real success, AC Milan have begun thinking ahead to the summer about the transfers they want to make.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Milan will look to add at least 3 new recruits in the summerwith the main emphasis being a new striker, a midfielder and a centre-back.
This is not surprising as there have been rumors of signings relating to the above positions, most of which could lead to a move in the summer.
For the centre-back, they will target Alessandro Buongiorno, the Torino defender, who never refused the Rossoneri in the last transfer window. When the club offered him a deal, Buongiorno only said that he would not pressure him to move out of respect for his current club.
While an extension with Olivier Giroud will be considered, the club will still look to add a striker to their ranks in the summer. Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee is a target, as is Jonathan David, but the Canadian is not first choice.
