Fabio Silva has revealed that Al-Nassr superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is his idol in football.
Silva, who is currently at PSV Eindhoven on loan from Premier League club Wolves, said he wants to play alongside Ronaldo. The 20-year-old has made 49 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring 16 goals and providing five assists.
Fabio Silva is temporarily leaving Wolves to play football in the Netherlands.
“My idol has always been Cristiano Ronaldo. I want to play with or maybe share a moment with him so he can give me some advice.”
He added: “I am very interested in Karim [Benzema] because we have things in common. He’s not your typical No 9 who is always in the box to score. He likes to have the ball, make connections and assist. I like to move, get the ball in space, I fight a lot, both in defense and in attack.”
Ronaldo and Benzema are the top stars in Real Madrid history and have both won the Ballon d’Or during their careers.
