Jadon Sancho was not included in Manchester United’s 2-0 win over Burnley in the third round of the League Cup. The England international has not played for the Red Devils for two months, since the 1-1 draw with Chelsea on October 22.
Sancho started the season with a pretty good performance. Accordingly, he scored in the 2-1 win over Liverpool, as well as when Man Utd beat Leicester 1-0.

Up to this point, Sancho is still missing in the Man Utd squad.
Since then, however, his form has declined. The 22-year-old has only scored 2 goals in his last 9 appearances in all competitions.
Most recently, coach Erik ten Hag admitted Sancho could not return to play. Specifically, the Dutch military leader said: “It is unlikely that Jadon will return for the game against Nottingham Forest on December 28.”
According to journalist Chris Wheeler, Ten Hag clarified that Sancho will continue his rehabilitation and needs more time before returning to play.
However, the Red Devils have no plans to sell Sancho at the moment, despite the player’s decline. According to many sources, coach Ten Hag will make efforts to help Sancho return in the near future.
