Pete O’Rourke confirmed that Manchester United is one of five teams interested in Sebastian Caceres, and currently Club America is asking about 6-10 million pounds for this deal.
The British journalist revealed:
“Tottenham is one of the teams that is monitoring the development of Sebastian Caceres.”
“The 24-year-old has impressed for Uruguay under coach Marcelo Bielsa, putting in a brilliant display as they beat Brazil 2-0 in last week’s World Cup qualifier.”
“I understand that Newcastle, Man United, Fulham and West Ham are all interested in this defender.”

Caceres is a hot commodity in the market.
“Caceres is considered a reasonable target for Premier League clubs, and Club America will not set too high demands for this defender. He has just over 12 months left on his contract with the team from Mexico.”
“I know, A potential contract could be worth around 6-10 million pounds – this would be a real bargain for an international-class player. “
“All five Premier League clubs mentioned above want to strengthen the central defender position in the January transfer window.”
