The English midfielder is being considered a transfer target by teams like Manchester United and Liverpool. But with Dortmund in the hunt for the Bundesliga title, Terzic believes the 19-year-old’s ambitions can still be realized in Germany.
Terzic told reporters ahead of the Champions League last-16 second leg against Chelsea: “He chose to join us because he knew This could be the perfect move for him and I think we’ve proven that.”
“He is helping us a lot but I also think we as a club are helping his career.”
Dortmund are hoping to hold on to Bellingham.
“We are really happy and delighted that he is part of our team, he is one of our leaders at the age of 19, he has entered the England national team as a BVB players and this is something we are really happy with. But our interest now is against Chelsea and so we need him to play well.”
