The Red Devils have completed a series of deals this summer, people coming and going until the last day of the summer market. However, one player who cannot leave is Scott McTominay. West Ham came closest to signing the 26-year-old when they offered £30 million.
Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Fulham also showed interest, however Erik ten Hag is said to have changed his mind and wants to keep him. That happened despite the Red Devils’ long pursuit of Sofyan Amrabat

McTominay is rarely used in MU
Agbonlahor believes that Ten Hag was right: “It would be a joke if they sold McTominay. They need many players, now they are in the Champions League. They will get injured and suspended.”
Agbonlahor also believes that the right decision was made when MU got rid of Fred: “Fred has to go, he’s not good enough. But it’s strange to see them trying to push McTominay out the door. On the exciting game day , he is a top player.”
