Aaron Ramsdale has been a prestigious goalkeeper for Arsenal since moving to the Emirates. The excellent performances from the 25-year-old star helped him become a reliable fulcrum for his teammates and earn a spot on the national team.
However, in the last summer transfer window, coach Mikel Arteta made a controversial decision to recruit David Raya from Brentford to compete with Ramsdale.

Ramsdale’s future is being questioned.
Recently in the encounter between Arsenal and Everton, the Gunners captain replaced Ramsdale with a Spanish rookie. This caused him to receive a lot of criticism, while the media continuously raised speculations about Chelsea and Bayern Munich quickly putting the former Bournemouth player in their sights.
But according to recent comments from journalist Fabrizio Romano, this story is still unclear.
“There has been some speculation about Ramsdale being watched by Chelsea and Bayern Munich, but I am not aware of specific negotiations at this stage.”
Besides, Romano also emphasized that the 25-year-old player is still part of Arteta’s upcoming plans.
