Since 2018, Real Madrid is said to be fiercely pursuing Kylian Mbappe. However, recent reports suggest that Los Blancos have decided not to sign the player and will instead look to strengthen the team through other options.
Specifically, Real Madrid is said to have decided to make Erling Haaland their top choice in the summer of 2024.
Real is expected to explode Haaland blockbuster.
Most recently, journalist Fabrizio Romano said: “The big name linked to Real Madrid is Erling Haaland. The Spanish press confirmed that he is their top target right now after deciding to stop pursuing Kylian Mbappe .
However, I have not heard anything about the deal at this time. I don’t think it’s even worth mentioning whether the deal is realistic or not because as it stands Real has nothing to decide on Haaland or Mpbappe.
Despite some of the media noise, I do understand that both sides are completely unmoved.”
Haaland helped Man City win the treble in his first season with the English team, scoring more than 50 goals and breaking many records. According to many sources, Real had to spend about 200 million euros to get Haaland’s signature.
