As revealed by Fabrizio Romano, Trevoh Chalobah almost parted ways with Chelsea during the summer transfer window, and is still facing the door of leaving Old Trafford in the January market.
The Italian journalist said:
“Trevoh Chalobah is expected to leave in January, after almost leaving Chelsea during the summer transfer window. Both Chelsea and Chalobah feel that this player leaving in January is the best solution for both of them. beside.”
Chelsea is ready to say goodbye to Chalobah.
“I think, Chalobah’s fee could be around £25 million like in the summer. But again, that depends on negotiations – the fee is not yet guaranteed. Bayern Munich were interested in Chalobah in the summer, and in my opinion he could play at any club – Chalobah is a very good and underrated player.”
