Victor Osimhen is the top scorer in Serie A with 19 goals. With this achievement, it is not surprising that Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain or Chelsea are all interested in the Nigerian striker. However, Napoli demanded no less than £100 million if Osimhen left.
