Al Ettifaq are set to kick off their bid to sign Jadon Sancho before the Saudi Pro League transfer deadline. The two sides are said to have opened discussions about a deal to bring the winger to Saudi Arabia for the remainder of the season.
Furthermore, Al Ettifaq would be willing to include a buy option in the deal. However, with the country’s transfer market set to close in less than 12 hours, sources with knowledge of the negotiations believe that many it is likely that the clubs will agree on a simple loan deal.

Sancho could go to Saudi Arabia with Gerrard.
Al Ettifaq is being managed by former player Steven Gerrard, their squad includes English midfielder Jordan Henderson, former Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum, Scottish defender Jack Hendry and striker Moussa Dembele.
The Saudi Arabian club also recently signed Everton winger Demarai Gray for an undisclosed fee, believed to be around £8 million.
