However, speaking in a recent interview, the Bayern Munich striker admitted that he really wants to play football alongside Lionel Messi, who just won the 2023 Golden Ball title. Harry Kane said: “I love playing football with Messi. One of the greatest players to ever play against me. I’m sure he can assist me a few times.”
In addition, the 30-year-old striker also admitted that Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo were the inspiration that helped him become a top striker. He added: “It’s great that they’re both still playing. The two of them set the standard. That motivated me and told me that I could too.”
Harry Kane admitted that Ronaldo and Messi are his inspiration to try harder.
“I think about what they did, they were just as good in their 30s as they were in their 20s. I just turned 30, obviously it gives me excitement knowing that if I stay in good shape and mentally I can play at the highest level for as long as I want.”
