Speaking at the press conference after the victory over Chelsea, coach Erik Ten Hag confirmed he will participate in the transfer work of Manchester United next summer. But in the immediate future, the Red Devils need to focus on the remaining two matches of the season, including the confrontation with Manchester City in the FA Cup final and the match against Fulham in the Premier League.
The Dutch strategist shared:
“I think, I have to participate in the transfer businesswe have to rethink the squad a bit.”
Ten Hag is expected to have more rookies.
“Next week will be very important, we will do everything in our power. It won’t be easy, but yes we have to prepare well and give ourselves the best chance to win that trophy. We have a great opportunity, and you don’t get that often.”
“Sunday is still important, we can finish the season in third place in the league. It’s going to be an important game. We want to win.”
