Denver Nuggets football team has meaningful activities with children with psychological problems
There are three activities organized during the day including coloring, shooting around the yard and story telling. Center striker DeAndre Jordan excitedly said: “It’s great. Being able to spend time with the kids before the holidays is a miracle. We had a great day.”
Pioneer Zeke Nnaji said: “I am very happy to be able to hang out with the kids and do small activities with them. It’s really interesting. Even though the kids don’t have the ability to concentrate well, in return they can blend in with the atmosphere that people bring.”
Other Denver Nuggets players such as Bones Hyland, Ish Smith, Bruce Brown, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Christian Braun were also excited to participate in the activity.
Representatives of Mount Saint Vincent hope that activities like the Denver Nuggets team will connect the players with the local people as well as contribute to building a better life for disadvantaged children.
