After expensive signings, journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed, recently Arsenal have successfully tied down a key factor, Reiss Nelson. According to Romano, the English striker has received interest from many clubs, including Brighton. But in the end, he decided to stick with the Gunners.
The Italian journalist said:
“The good news continues for Arsenal, as Reiss Nelson has signed a new four-year contract committing his future to the club.”
“I have also talked about other clubs being interested in Nelson, and I can reveal here that AC Milan, Brighton and a club from France are the teams that have explored the possibility of signing the player.”
“There is great interest in Nelson but he has decided to stay. Nelson loves Arsenal and is very happy to be playing in the Champions League next season. This is an important factor, including his conversations with Mikel Arteta.”
