Last night, Brighton’s Evan Ferguson had a fantastic performance against Newcastle United. He scored a hat-trick and helped the home team pocket 3 points relatively easily.

Ferguson shined brightly in the Brighton squad.
The Irish player is someone who is being watched a lot by scouts of big teams in recent times. He is valued at around £100 million by Brighton. But Brighton fans estimate that Ferguson could cost 200 million pounds after his recent hat-trick.
One Brighton fan joked on Twitter: “Everyone, prepare yourself for the January transfer story between Chelsea and Brighton about Evan Ferguson.”
One person mocked journalist Fabrizio Romano’s announcements: “Evan Ferguson to Chelsea, here we go! Contract until 2045, Chelsea paid 175 million pounds + 25 million pounds in add-ons.”
In the past, Chelsea bought quite a few people from Brighton. They have recruited Moises Caicedo and Marc Cucurella from this club. In particular, Chelsea spent up to 115 million pounds to bring back Caicedo. This is the most expensive signature in the Premier League so far.
Before that, coach Graham Potter also moved to Stamford Bridge last year.
