Raya could meet Brentford at the Carabao Cup.
According to the regulations of the 2023/24 Carabao Cup: “Players with temporary registration are not eligible to play unless the host club gives a written consent for that player to play.”
This means Raya can meet Brentford as long as the Bees accept the prospect. There is also a rule that prohibits players from playing for more than one club in the same season in a league.
