With his contributions, CPL (Cambodian Premier League), Cambodia’s first professional tournament, was born with the participation of 8 clubs. The tournament has the active support of FIFA and AFC.
Satoshi Saito also helped attract sponsors for the CPL, improving facilities, equipment, training and promotion for the tournament.
