Before the confrontation with the Netherlands in the Euro 2024 qualifiers, Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman shared about his former team Paris Saint-Germain. He still hopes that the representative from the French capital will win the elephant ear trophy in the future.
“As a player who grew up in Paris, I hope that Paris Saint-Germain will win the Champions League. But as a Bayern Munich player, I hope that doesn’t happen. Then you never know if one day you will move to another club,” he said.
Kingsley Coman also recalled the past, the time he decided to leave the “Park of the Princes” to play for Juventus. “I think I made the right decision at the time of leaving, given the situation. Being at the club at that time was quite different from what it is now,” Coman shared.
“No matter what club, winning the Champions League is not easy. However, since I left PSG, the club has grown strongly. They became a club that everyone followed and were often considered favorites to win the competition for many years.”
