Gabriel Jesus will miss the West Ham United clash and is not expected to play again until February after he undergoes knee surgery.
This meant that Eddie Nketiah had to assume the responsibility of spearheading Arsenal’s attack for the next few months. When asked about Nketiah, the Spanish military leader shared:
“We believe in Nketiah more every day. We see what he brings to the team every day. We know what kind of player he is and how he has developed as a player. .”

Nketiah replaced Jesus to lead the attack.
“Arsenal received a response from him last season when we needed Nketiah. He was available and that is why the team decided to sign a new contract. He is an important player in our squad and he will have the opportunity to play.”
Despite placing his trust in the English striker, Arteta still cherishes the ambition to buy more people in the winter market in 2023. Arsenal promises to welcome new recruits and that helps fans get excited.
