The Red Devils rekindled their interest in Ibrahim Sangare when they sent scouts to watch the Ivory Coast international play last weekend. However, the Gunners and Liverpool are also interested in the 25-year-old.
In the summer of 2022, Sangare signed a new contract with the Eredivisie side. However, his current deal includes £32.7m release clause – quite affordable amount. Another advantage for the three Premier League clubs is that Sangare is ready to play in England.
Arsenal were clearly in decline at the end of the season. Mikel Arteta has faith in the midfield pairing of Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka, but for next season, the Gunners midfield needs to be strengthened and Sangare is the ideal solution.
Similarly, Jurgen Klopp’s team also needs to be upgraded and even, Liverpool will want to buy at least 2 midfielders to add to the squad.
Man United also needs a backup plan for Casemiro, when Scott McTominay and Fred must be consistent. It can be seen that the Red Devils have played worse without the service of the Brazilian star.
