The striker’s form over the past 12 months, including sharing the Premier League “Golden Shoe” award with Mohamed Salah in May – has helped him finish 11th in the “Golden Ball” poll. last week. But according to German newspaper Sport1, Son Heung-min is “carefully considering” his next career move when Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has his eye on him.

Son Heung-min’s current contract with Tottenham is valid until the end of the 2024-2025 season. But when he turned 30, he knew that he needed to consider moving to a bigger club soon.

Despite spending seven years playing well at Tottenham, the South Korean captain has yet to win a major trophy with the club. He and the London team reached two finals, losing the Champions League final to Liverpool in 2019 and the League Cup final to Man City last year.

Son Heung-min is hungry for the title

Recently, Spurs have been going through a difficult period under coach Antonio Conte. After their best ever start in the Premier League, Tottenham have lost to Arsenal, MU and Newcastle. These 3 defeats made Conte’s team still ranked 3rd, but the top team Arsenal increased the gap to 5 points and played 1 more game.

Meanwhile, Son Heung-min has scored 5 goals and has 2 assists in all competitions this season. But three of his five goals were scored in one game – a hat-trick in a 6-2 win over Leicester.
